When Do I Make Payment?

Full payment is due at the time you place your order. If you have any problems with charges on your card from HalloweenAdventure.com please contact customer service center.

Please Note: only one coupon can be used per order.

Please note: we do not take orders for out of stock items. (Unless noted on specific items, for example: Mascot Costumes and some Large Props.)


What Forms of Payment Does HalloweenAdventure.com Accept?

Domestic orders may use: MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or American Express to pay for your order.

Domestic Customers may mail in a cashiers check* or money order* only with an order that includes the following information: (Wisconsin Residents, please remember to include sales tax.)

  • E-mail address
  • Item(s) with item numbers
  • Quantities of each item
  • Preferred shipping method

*PLEASE NOTE: that ALL purchase orders and mailed payments must be at least $100 an order to be processed during our busy season, September 1 - October 31, 2007. Since these are placed manually they require a minimum of 7-10 business days to process.

What Taxes Will I Have to Pay?

We do not charge sales tax for most of our domestic orders. However, it is your responsibility to report the purchase and pay any applicable sales tax the next time you file your taxes for the year. If your order is shipping to a location in the state of Pennsylvania , you will be charged Pennsylvania state sales tax.
