Hairspray is back with Nick Jonas!

A few years ago, Nikki Blonsky and Zac Efron, along with a slew of other Hollywood heavyweights, took to the big screen to bring beloved musical Hairspray to life. The movie was a huge hit, and a revival was struck up on Broadway. Meanwhile, Disney star Nick Jonas was biding his time with boy band the Jonas Brothers, and released a solo album of his own music under the alias of Nick Jonas and The Administration. Last year, Nick did a run on London's West End in Les Miserables, and now,  he's taking to the stage as Link Larkin in Hairspray at the Hollywood Bowl! Nick was absent from last night's Teen Choice Awards, as was former girlfriend Miley Cyrus - because he was busy working it on stage as Link! Check out a video from Nick's performance above, and peep some of our best Hairspray costumes below! Get the look of Link with our Link Larkin costume. Ladies can rock our Motormouth Maybelle wig a la Queen Latifah, or go cutesy with our Penny Pingleton costume. Got a different favorite movie? Check out all of our favorite movie costumes here.

Where was Miley Cyrus at the Teen Choice Awards?

We spent last night snuggled on our couch watching the Teen Choice Awards on Fox. Some of our favorite folks took home surfboards for their skills, including singer Justin Bieber and songstress Taylor Swift, who won the Ultimate Teen Choice award. Swift, who spent the evening situated next to BFF Selena Gomez (girlfriend of Justin Bieber),  happily accepted the award from good friend Emma Stone, and told teens, "When I was a teenager,  I felt like we were always being stereotyped as being very intense and dramatic and passionate and hopelessly romantic and excitable. Now in retrospect, I think I need to let you know that I think all of those things are amazing things. And to all the teens watching, I hope you never lose those things." Swift's speech was met with applause - but she wasn't the only highlight of the night. Teen singer Demi Lovato, who's had quite the rough year, took to the stage to accept an inspirational award for her new song, "Skyscraper."

Conspicuously missing from the show, however, was teen star Miley Cyrus, who, before Bieber and Gomez came on the scene, was the reigning teen queen. Miley came up in the Disney family with her hit show Hannah Montana, which has since ended. Luckily for Miley, kids and teens alike are still obsessed both with the actress herself and her character. Got a kid who loves Hannah? We've got tons of Hannah Montana costumes. We've also got lots of Hannah props and decorations. Top your costume off with the perfect Hannah wig in blonde! Now, who's ready to rock this party?

Have You Seen Cars 2?

We're big fans of Disney Pixar, so it's no surprise that we've already seen Cars 2. Have you seen the movie yet? Get Ready for Winnie the Pooh: The Movie

We don't know about you, but we're big fans of Pooh. Winnie, that is. One of the most beloved characters from our childhood, Winnie the Pooh and his friends Tigger and Piget won our hearts early on. Cute, cuddly, and always full of great lessons to teach, we had Pooh stuffed animals and Pooh books, movies and more. Hence, you can imagine our excitement when we learned that there was going to be a new Pooh movie released this summer! Watching the preview reminded us of all the great Pooh costumes we have for kids! Our Frilly Winnie the Pooh costume is great for little girls. It's frilly and feminine and oh-so cute, but still very much Pooh-themed, with an orange and red dress with a poofy skirt. Little boys will love our Winnie the Pooh toddler costume, which is a full jumpsuit with a Pooh hood. It'll transform your little one into everyone's favorite lovable bear, red t-shirt and all. Now, where's the honey jar? If you're looking for something more simple, we've got Pooh Ears, Piglet Ears, Tigger Ears and even a set of Ears and Tail for Eeyore. Last but certainly not least, our Tigger Infant costume is quite possibly the cutest thing on the planet, if we do say so ourselves. Bouncy bouncy! Want more great Winnie the Pooh costumes? Breaking Dawn Trailer Revealed!

Okay folks, let's get this out of the way: we're dying to know, are you Team Jacob or Team Edward? We're Team Jacob, all the way. In fact, we'd go as far as to say we wish Bella had ended up with Jacob, not Edward. Jacob could have taken way better care of her, if you ask us. Anywho, the Twilight saga is set to come to a close soon, what with the first part of Breaking Dawn hitting theaters in November. In the meantime, however, Summit Entertainment is keeping fans entertained by releasing teaser trailers. The most recent one, which hit the web a few days ago, shows Bella and Edward at their wedding, including the infamous bedroom scene in which Edward manages to destroy not just their wedding bed, but their wedding home.

Haven't seen the Breaking Dawn Part 1 trailer yet? Check it out below, and get into character with our great vampire costumes. If you're looking for just a little bit of vampire, you'll want these awesome fangs. They're so close to the real thing that we're often afraid to try them on! If you're not afraid to go all out, you'l love our Twilight Teen costume. Edward obsessed? You're going to need this wig. And probably some white makeup to make you vampire-esque pale. Maybe costumes aren't your style but themed parties are? We've got you covered! We're obsessed with our Twilight cups and Twilight plates, which feature the beautiful Bella and not so hard on the eyes Edward. Now, go get biting!

Our Favorite Sexy Couples Costumes

It's always better when you're together, isn't it? So why not do a couple's costume this Halloween? Separate costumes are fun, and of course, it's always great to get dolled up with the girls - but you and your hubby deserve to have some quality time together, and why not spend that quality time finding that perfect sexy couple's costume? Here are a few of our favorites. Subvert the norm with our El Tori the Terri Bull costume - put your husband in the bull costume and dress up yourself as the sexy bull tamer. This costume might attract some looks, but it's likely to bring the laughs to your Halloween party. If your husband refuses to wear anything but a suit and tie (his average outfit), play along with him and come up with a creative costume concept. Don our sexy French Chamber Maid costume and bring him along with you - he's the businessman, and you're just his off duty cleaner. At least, that's what he tells his wife...

Go gothic together with our vampire costume offerings. Ladies who love a ballgown will adore our Gothic Vampira costume, which is fit for a vampire queen, and men will feel awfully suave and just a little bit magical in our Handsome Devil Elite Vampire costume. A pair of fangs, ready for action! Got a toga party to attend this Halloween? We've got you covered, with our Toga Toga Adult costume set. Greek togas for all! Just make sure they stay on all night! What it means to be plus size and sexy

Many girls think that the men in their lives are looking for a girl that's pin thin. The kind of girl who can shrug off her jeans without even unbuttoning them, the kind of girl who has no curves whatsoever but can fake them in a pushup bra. But surveys show that men actually prefer the opposite - they don't want skinny. They want curves, and lots of them. To men, curves = babies, and babies = evolution. A skinny girl won't be able to provide for a kid, but a plump one? She'll have enough nutrients and then some. Of course, this doesn't apply to everyone, and it's not as black and white as stated above - but the bottom line is that big girls should feel good about their voluptuous nature - because chances are, the men love it!

Are you big and beautiful? We've got tons of costumes to help you celebrate your body, not hide it. One of our favorites is the Boxer Girl costume - whip off this sexy black and pink robe, and you're ready for the ring! If you like short, tight and black, you'll love our Knockout Nurse costume - but beware, all the men will be running to you with "medical problems" that need solving, right away! Take 'em down with our Double Zip Gangster Moll costume, and take to the skies with our Mile High Captains costume. Want more sexy costumes? Click here.

Our sexiest horror costumes

We don't know about you, but from time to time, we like to get a little dark. You know, explore our wild side. Now, don't get the wrong idea - we're just talking about the dark side in terms of costumes. This Halloween, we're going to go all out and vamp it up - get really sexy! Most of the time, sexy means hot pink. It means short, and tight, and all around revealing. And most of the time, it works - it gets women the attention they want, and has the guys come crawling. But sometimes, it's fun to be a bit crazy, and to go all out with the horror and gothic-type costumes. The best costumes start out with good hair, especially when you're looking to go goth. One woman comes to mind: Helena Bonham-Carter.  Her out of control couldn't be better for these sorts of costumes. Unfortunately, not all of us blessed with such voluminous manes, and for that reason, we've got a wig that mimics Helena's insane mane. Our Frighten Vamp adult wig is a fabulous addition to any great horror costume. Ready to get scary? You'll need our Evil Pixie costume, which features a short sassy dress that's one part sexy and one part horror. Of course, when it comes to horror costumes, we can't forget our Nightmare Before Christmas costumes, including our popular Sexy Jack women's costume. If you're not looking for horror but prefer gothic, you'll love our Burlesque Victorian costume, which is about as sexy as it can get - but not at all traditional. Another favorite? The Coffin Queen costume. Watch out, gentlemen - she has arisen! For more sexy horror costumes, click here.

Get Sexy like Cameron Diaz in Bad Teacher

This past weekend, we headed to the movie theater to take in Cameron Diaz's new movie with Justin Timberlake, Bad Teacher. Diaz plays a good-looking but totally out of control foul-mouthed junior high teacher, who, after being dumped by her sugar daddy, begins to woo a colleague - a move that pits her against a well-loved teacher. Diaz works her looks to her advantage in the film, and watching it, it got us thinking. What are our best sexy costumes? We might not all have a body like Cameron Diaz, but we certainly can look good on our own! When it comes to Christmas, our favorite sexy costume is the Christmas Cookie costume. A tight red strapless mini dress with candy cane stockings, this costume is a real looker. Another favorite? Our Double Gangster costume, which is every mobster's dream. Put this on, and even the most dangerous guy in the world won't be able to resist you. We're also big fans of the Air Force Angel costume, a skin-tight body suit of a costume that will send sailors and soldiers into a tizzy. Another popular choice is our Sexy Elf costume, a cute green dress that would put Tinkerbell to shame. Pair it with your hubby's Peter Pan costume and you've got a great couple's outfit come Halloween. Want more sexy costumes? Click here.

The Sexiest Smoky Eye

The typical smoky eye is a makeup look beloved by most of Hollywood's hottest starlets. Kim Kardashian, Blake Lively, Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson, Hilary Duff and more have all rocked this look at one time or another. Smoky eyes are often paired with a nude lip for a come hither makeup look that's positively smoldering. Next time you get ready for a big costume party, consider pairing a sexy smoky eye with your sexy costume. Follow the steps below to achieve your perfect smoky eye.

1. Apply a cream concealer over your eyelid to create a smooth base for your eyeshadow.
2. Use a pencil liner (black or gray looks best) to trace your top lashline from the inner corner to the outer. Then, use the same pencil to dot between your lower lashes. Smudge both lashlines with a cotton swab or an eyeliner brush.
3. Sweep powder shadow (brown, gray and dark green all work with black or gray liner) over your lid and into your crease, blending the color up and outward, says New York City makeup artist Morgen Schick DeMann.

TIP: To prevent color from fading and give your lids a more shimmery finish, pat a cream shadow over the concealer on your lid first, wait five minutes, then top with a matching powder shadow.
4. Dust a lighter, neutral eyeshadow (such as ivory) over just your browbone.
5. Finish with two coats of black mascara.

We love this look paired with the following sexy costumes:

Magic Bunny Costume

Mile High Captain Costume

Crimes and Missdemeanors Costumes

PS: We love this look paired with a red lip!

Great Sexy Makeup Looks

There's nothing like a sexy costume, but without the right makeup, your good looks can easily be lost. In our opinion, there's nothing sexier than a cat eye and a red lip, both of which, with just a little practice, are fairly easy to master. One of our favorite new sites, The Beauty Department, which is run by MTV starlet Lauren Conrad and her hair and makeup stylists, has a great video tutorial on how to achieve the perfect cat eye, which, when paired with a bright red lip, is the perfect sexy makeup look. Check it out below, and be sure to pair it with your sexy costume next time you go for a night out on the town. You'll be surprised how much good makeup can do for you.

Here's what to do:

YOU'LL NEED:

Foundation, foundation brush or sponge, translucent powder or light-weight powder, blush brush, bronzer, black liquid liner, black mascara, red lipstick

•  Start by applying an even layer of foundation to your face being sure to cover any redness, blemishes or dark circles.
•   Lightly dust your face with powder for a velvety finish.
• Comb through your brows and fill them in using a brown pencil one shade darker than your natural color.
•  Sweep bronzing powder starting directly under your cheekbones, across your hair line and under your jaw line.
•   Now apply black liquid liner to your lids and extend the line beyond the corner of your eye for added drama.
•   Next apply two coats of black mascara.
•  To complete the look, apply red lipstick.

We love this makeup look paired with the following costumes:

Why should humans have all the fun? Holiday pet costumes

Every Halloween and every holiday, us humans get decked to the nines. And most of the time, we leave our pets out of the fun. Now, there's certainly an argument for leaving pets out - many say they hate wearing the hats and costumes that we impose on them for our own amusement. But did you ever think that maybe your pets like to have fun during the holidays, just like you do? Of course, an unhappy, yelping cat or dog might mean costumes aren't in the cards - but it's certainly worth a try! Your pet is a member of your family, so why not treat him/her like one?

If you're looking for holiday pet costumes, we've got tons. Small dogs will look positively adorable in our Elf Dog Costume. Just be careful your favorite pooch doesn't accidentally get spirited up to the North Pole. In this costume, he'll be so irresistible that Santa might just want him for himself! Speaking of Santa, another cute choice is our Santa dog costume. Woof woof woof! Or should we say, ho ho ho!

When it comes to Halloween, there's nothing cuter than our Pumpkin Dog costume. This one is best for petite dogs, and includes a little shirt and matching hat. Want more pet costumes? Click here.

Our Best Teen Santa Costumes

It might be 92 degrees outside, but we're dreaming of a winter wonderland. The kind that comes in December, just a few days before Christmas. We're thinking of the cookies we'll leave out for Santa, our imaginary trip to the North Pole, and a well-decorated tree that provides shelter to the large pile of Christmas presents beneath it. We don't know about you, but we're ready to trade the scorching heat for a nice warm cup of apple cider and some seriously good Christmas presents. Which got us thinking - what will we wear to this year's Christmas party? You guys know that in our mind, you're never too old to dress up, but today, we're going to target a group that's definitely in the age range for dress-up duty: the teens. Here are some of our favorite teen Santa costumes.

A simple Santa costume for girls is what we'd call our Santa's Inspiration outfit. A bright red minidress that's short and sassy, this velvet outfit features a halter dress and matching hat, both of which are rimmed with a white boa-like material. Ho, ho, ho, this is one cute costume! Want to take it up a notch? You'll need our matching Long Velvet Gloves, which match your dress and add some serious allure. All the boys are about to come calling! If regular old Santa doesn't do it for you, consider another holiday-themed costume: a Radio City Rockettes outfit! This fun and funky short dress is almost identical to the ones that the famous Rockette dancers wear onstage during the Radio City Christmas Spectacular each year. Just be careful no one asks you to can-can! Teenage boys will love our Legacy Santa suit, which doubles as a Halloween costume and can also be used to earn you some extra bucks working the Christmas circuit at the mall. This costume is full on Santa, all the way. Want more Santa costumes? Click here to see all of our Santa costumes.

Looking for Blood and Gore? We've got it.

When it comes to going all out for Halloween, sometimes you just want to get down and dirty. And when we say down and dirty, we mean really, really dirty - as in, decked out in blood and gore. We're not just talking to the gents. Who says ladies don't want to get their hand dirty now and again? If you're looking to gore it up this Halloween, we've got what you need. Into vampires? We've got custom deluxe fangs that will turn you from Bella to Edward, and blood paste to make that addiction to real live humans seem real. You can even go the extra step with our oversized Vampire ears. All the better to hear you with, my dear....

Staging a full on scene? We've got Hollywood blood to make that faux murder victim seem as real as it gets. More creepy than gory, we've also got a Wizard Nose and Chin set that's sure to help you mimic Albus Dumbledore or even Voldemort himself. To Hogwarts, you go!

If blood, guts and gore is your thing, Halloween Adventure is your place. Now, get shopping!

Heidi Klum and Seal spotted at our New York megastore!

Did you know that Halloween Adventure doesn't just have a great online store, but also a bunch of brick and mortar stores around the country? That's right, you can do your shopping in person! Each store has unique merchandise that's catered to the demographic. That means your store will be different from a store across the country, and vice versa. All products ship out of our warehouse in Wisconsin, so the high-quality is preserved throughout, but you'll find varying items at each store.

Our New York megastore, which is one of the biggest stores of all, is located at:
104 4th Avenue and 808 Broadway at 11th Street (two entrances)
New York, NY, 10003

This location is just a few blocks south of Union Square, and can be accessed by taking the 4, 5, 6, N, R and W subway lines to the Union Square stop. This store is open year round, and was recently featured in a variety of celebrity weeklies and online blogs thanks to a surprise visit from costume fanatics Heidi Klum and Seal. Heidi and Seal are known for their elaborate Halloween costumes, and it seems they took the kids on a fun outing to our store just last week.

MTV Movie Awards 2011

Did you watch the 2011 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night? Per usual, the Twilight kids took a sweep, winning multiple awards in multiple categories, and often beating out our beloved Harry Potter to do so. What about you guys? Do you prefer Harry Potter or Twilight? We know everyone loves Edward and Bella (they won Best Kiss, of course), but we've long been fans of Harry Potter. We feel the book series and the films are much more developed and mature - and basically, are worlds better than the Twilight films. Basically, you can't even compare. It seems whoever is voting on the MTV Movie Awards disagrees with us, however. Twilight took home best movie, and Robert Pattinson won three awards - for best male performance and best fight scene as well as best kiss along with Kristen Stewart, who also won for best female performance. Meanwhile, Harry Potter star Tom Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy in the series, represented the HP team with a win for best villain (well deserved, if you ask us!).

We're not sure who wins in terms of purchases made on our site. Our Harry Potter costumes tend to fly off the shelves year after year, as do our Twilight costumes and Twilight props. Harry Potter wands are always best sellers, as are the popular Gryffindor scarf (we own three...). Meanwhile, our Edward wigs are always at the top, as are our random Twilight products, such as this great set of six magnets. If you're looking for Halloween costumes, or costumes for any time of year, we've got them.

Looking for some Hippie costumes?

Sometimes, when life gets tough, we wish we were back in the sixties and the seventies - the hippie heyday, when things were no easier, but attitudes were much more lax. The time period might have been full of unrest and political issues, but the people were all about love, color, and freedom. That led to some seriously crazy sartorial choices - all of which we know idolize today in costume. Below, check out some of our favorite hippie costumes. Couples will love our Sonny and Cher costume - complete with paisley, florals and big bell bottoms, as it should be. Practice your "I've got you babe" routine, and you're good to go!

Rolling solo? Try our colorful Hippie Chick adult costume for ladies. This fabulous mini dress has bell sleeves and a fun, flirty pattern fit for a hippie queen! Want to do a mother daughter costume? Add on our Groovy Hippie Teen costume to your order, and you'll have two freewheelin' fabulous females coming your way! When it comes to accessories, no hippie costume is complete without a giant floppy hat, and our Floppy Hippie Hat certainly does the trick. Colorful and anything but tame, this fabulous topper is a whole lot of fun! Don't have the long, lustrous hair that the decade was known for? No worries - our Hippie Wig will give you longer than long blonde tresses, complete with mini braids for effect. Want more hippie costumes? Click here.

Are you ready to go blue? Smurf Costumes are here!

Summer's always the best time for movies, and it seems this summer is no different. A few weeks back, we were stunned by the final film from the Harry Potter saga, and now we're gearing up to check out The Smurfs movie. As the story goes, the evil Gargamel chases the smurfs out of their village, and they, naturally, come tumbling into our world. Specifically, into a New York City apartment owned by Neil Patrick Harris and Jayma Hays. The film features a bevy of Hollywood's brightest, including the wonderful Hank Azaria as Gargamel, and Katy Perry as a spunky female smurf. Want to deck yourself out in Smurfdom when you head to the theater? We've got you covered, with Smurf Mittens and Smurf Hats. Come Halloween, it'll be time for full out costumes. Don't worry, we've got Smurf Costumes for kids and adults alike. Girls will adore our Smurfette costumes, which are perfect for your little princess. Make it a family affair with our Smurf Adult costume. Ladies will have some fun with our bright yellow Smurfette wig, while tiny tots will enjoy our Papa Smurf toddler costume.

What're you waiting for? Get smurfing!

What did you wear for 4th of July?

Fourth of July has come and gone, and we want to see your best costumes! Independence Day is up there on the list of our favorite holidays (Halloween is number one, of course), so we're always in the mood to get red, white and blue. Want to know what we were wearing to celebrate our independence? Here are some of our favorite 4th of July costumes, props and accessories. For those who aren't afraid to go all out, we love a full-on costume - our Firecracker costume is short, sassy, sexy and patriotic. In other words, it definitely fits the bill. We know that some people don't like to be the center of attention, however, and for those folks, we recommend our red white and blue Fourth of July beaded necklaces. Young ones will love our patriotic Betsy Ross costume. Betsy Ross, for those not in the know, is the woman responsible for creating the American flag we all know and love. When it comes to decorations, it's all about our Patriotic Stars confetti and our even cooler Patriotic Stars foil centerpiece. Talk about stealing the spotlight - these make for the perfect picnic table on Independence Day! Looking for a costume that's a bit out of the box? Consider our adult Lady Liberty costume - we love this one because it doesn't just work for July 4th but for Halloween as well! A cute, sassy look that's sure to attract some attention, this costume is one of our all time favorites.

So, folks - show us your costumes! Tell us what you wore!

Princess Costumes inspired by Selena Gomez in Monte Carlo

We know most of you spent this past weekend celebrating Independence Day in your red, white and blue finest, but we spent ours at the movie theater, taking in teen star Selena Gomez's new flick, Monte Carlo. Gomez, who is a former Disney star (she spent four years on the channel's family sitcom, Wizards of Waverly Place), has recently begun to take on more "adult" roles, the first of which is the family-friendly but non-Disney related film, Monte Carlo. The story of three high school graduates who travel to Paris and end up in a hilarious switcharoo, Selena Gomez takes the lead in the film as a girl who is mistaken for an heiress. Accordingly, the teen star wears plenty of pretty dresses in the film, which got us thinking about princess dresses and princess costumes. We don't know about you, but we were seriously coveting Selena Gomez's tiara throughout the dazzling scenes of the film. Love the look but can't afford the real thing? We've got the perfect tiara for your next princess costume. Lucky for us, princess costumes aren't just for kids! We carry a great deal of gorgeous princess costumes for adults as well - this pink one is our absolute favorite. It reminds us of the dress that Glinda the Good Witch wears in The Wizard of Oz. Caught the princess bug yet? Click here for a wealth of amazing costumes.

Have you seen Super 8 yet?

This weekend, we took in JJ Abrams newest film, Super 8. Part Goonies, part Aliens, and all parts awesome, Super 8 got us thinking - it's been a while since we've talked about alien costumes. We've got a whole lot of costumes from Monsters vs. Aliens, but our favorite alien costume piece has to be our Alien vs. Predators gloves. These lifelike gloves look as though they've been dropped down from a spaceship, and transform the average hands into creepy, spooky, alien hands. If you're looking for traditional alien costumes, our Evil Alien Child costume is the perfect one. A green mask, hooded cape and oversized collar make for a seriously great costume. For toddlers and tots, consider our Toy Story Alien costume, which, while not scary, is perfectly appropriate and adorable for little ones.

Want more aliens? Click here! Now tell us, have you seen Super 8? What did you think? Leave us your thoughts in the comments!

Have you seen THOR yet?

We'll admit it - we haven't seen Thor. Something Natalie Portman in a comic book movie just doesn't sit well with us, especially following her Oscar-winning turn in Black Swan. We don't know much about Chris Hemsworth, except that he's the older brother of Liam Hemsworth, who dated Miley Cyrus for a while (which is how he ended up on our radar). We've heard Thor is the god of thunder, which makes us think that perhaps his tale dates back to the ancient Greeks? Can anyone help us out here?

That being said, this doesn't mean we're totally out of the loop - we know how much kids are loving it, and we've packed our stores with Thor-tastic gear. We've got Thor's mighty hammer, as well as children's Thor costumes and adult Thor costumes. If you're looking to throw a Thor themed party, we've got napkins, plates, cups and more.

Tell us, have YOU seen Thor? What did you think of it? Will you be donning a Thor costume this Halloween?

Dress like Modern Day Royalty

Lately, everyone's been all about the Royal Family. Following William and Kate's star-studded wedding on April 26th, Kate and her sister Pippa exploded onto the scene. They've covered People magazine, they've been spotted on the style blogs, and dresses they wear sell out in mere minutes. MINUTES, people! These girls clearly have some power  - but they're not the only royals out there. William and Kate might be the most famous royal couple since Charles and Diana, but there are plenty more royals out there. There's also Princess Beatrice, daughter of Duchess Sarah Ferguson, who's been spotted out and about with her boyfriend, Dave Clark, quite a bit since the Royal Wedding took place. Pippa Middleton, however, has probably enjoyed the most fame following the big day - there are entire blogs dedicated to Pippa's carefree high-street style - as well as articles dedicated to her assets and tan legs. Ridiculous? Perhaps - but it's clear the public is infatuated with the modern day fairy tale that is the life of a royal.

Which brings us to our own fantasy, which is, not surprisingly, to live in our very own fairy tale. We'd like nothing more than to lounge around in a Cinderella costume all day long. Of course, it would be best if it wasn't a costume, but just our everyday wear. We'd also be totally fine spending our days in a Beauty and the Beast Belle costume. However, we'll settle for an Elizabethean Queen costume - talk about a trip back in time!  Gents, we'll recommend you get your fix with a crown fit for a king.

Still have those old Captain America costumes? Bring them out!

This summer has brought with it many a movie blockbuster, but our favorite has got to be the new rendering of one of the most under-rated superhero stories out there: that of Captain America. In the old film, originally made in the eighties, and based off of a comic book series, Captain America is the alter ego of an ordinary guy named Steve Rogers, who volunteers to the undergo a medical treatment that will turn him from frail into super strong. As the story goes, Rogers is enhanced to the peak of human perfection - practically indestructible - by an experimental serum in order to help aid the United States war effort. In the comic books, which were introduced during World War II, Captain America repeatedly saves his country from the dangers of war. He wears a costume that bears the motif of the American flag, and is armed with an indestructible shield that can also be thrown as a weapon. During the war, the Captain America comics were extremely popular; giving Americans a hero they could believe in during a troubled time.

This summer's movie reboot saw Chris Evans take on the role of Rogers, and the results, if we do say so ourselves, were pretty spectacular. The movie has everything a good summer blockbuster should: action, love, and of course, morals - the good guy triumphs over evil. Looking to get dressed up as Captain America for Halloween? Here's what you'll need:
For adults - our Captain America adult costume, complete with flag motif shirt and mask.
For kids - our Classic Captain America Child Costume, as well as the matching shield.
For ladies - our Captain American Shield Bag, the perfect kick butt purse.
For all - our Deluxe Captain America gloves, a bright red superhero staple.

Are you Ready for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2?

We can't lie - we're pretty darn excited for next weekend's release of the final chapter of the positively epic Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2. Part 1 of the film, which was broken into two parts because the final edition of the popular book series was so action-packed, was incredible. We were smart enough to bring tissues and lots of candy into the film the first time around, and we ended up blowing our nose multiple times thanks to some serious tearjerker moments. We're such Part 2 will be more of the same, and as it brings an end to the incredible series about a young wizard fighting for good to triumph over evil, we're betting we won't be the only ones wearing our Harry Potter gear to the theater.

What about you? Have you dressed up for the Harry Potter premieres in the past? If so, we'd love to see photos! Leave us some links in the comments! In the meantime, here's the gear you'll need to hit the theater in style next week. In the past, we've hit up the theater when it's a bit chillier outside; for Part 1 of the Deathly Hallows, we sported our glasses and our Gryffindor scarf. Now that it's 90 plus degrees out in many areas of the country, however, we're thinking a scarf might be a bit too much. Guys can sport this great Gryffindor tie, and ladies can rock Harry's signature round glasses. For those who dare to go all out, might we recommend a Hogwarts school robe? Kids might even delight in donning a dementor costume. Want more Harry Potter? Check out all our Harry Potter costumes and Harry Potter accessories here.

Wigs Donald Trump Could Use

We'll admit it - we're fans of The Donald. Not that we think he should ever, ever run for President (really, Donald?) but we like the guy. We love to say, "You're FIRED!" at any opportune moment. We love his daughter Ivanka. She's pretty and lives a modern day fairytale with The Donald for a dad. But most of all, we love The Donald's toupe. Because let's face it, that thing is legend! It always looks as though it's in danger of slipping off his head, which, we'd imagine, is quite bald and shiny. We think Donald could do with some new hairpieces - perhaps ones that don't look so fake. Or maybe, he should go in the opposite direction, and embrace his hairlessness. In this situation, he could go totally crazy and rock a variety of awesome wigs. We've got a slew of great wigs at Halloween Adventure, and we're thinking that a bunch of them would suit the Donald should he agree to ditch his toupe and loosen up a bit.

For starters, we'd absolutely love to see Donald in an Elvis wig. Can't you see him totally rocking it? We can picture it now...the Donald, dancing to Blue Suede Shoes. If he's looking for even more hair, might we recommend the Wolverine wig? Hugh Jackman ain't got nothing on this baby! Of course, he could always go the townie route, and rock some stringy brown hair beneath a blue cap - hey, celebrities are always talking about how they wished they had more privacy! We'd also love to see him take a trip back in time with our 70s teen icon wig...ohh, Donald! In short, there's a whole lot Donald Trump could do with that mess on the top of his head that he calls hair. Donald, call us!
