How Do I Search for a Costume?
There are two ways in which you may find a costume.
- 1.) If you arent exactly sure what you want and would prefer to browse, you may click on the buttons across the top of the page for the main departments (Adult Costumes, Children's Costumes, Sexy Costumes, Pet Costumes, Holiday Costumes, Accessories and Makeup, Hats, Wigs And Masks, Decoration And Props, On Sale Items). Then click on one of the categories that will drop down for your convenience.
- 2.) If you already know what you are looking for and would like to quickly see specific products, just type the item name, item number, or a descriptive keyword into the search box; located towards the top left corner of every page. Click on the "Search" button to begin the search.
Click on the product name or image to see additional product details and options, such as available sizes and colors. You may click on the "Add To Cart" button to immediately add the item to your cart. You are not charged for items in your cart until you check out and you always have the option to remove items before you complete your purchase.
How Can I Find Out More About A Costume?
If you find an item that you are interested in and would like to know more about that item, you can click on the item name or the picture of the item itself and that will take you to a Product Detail Page. In the Product Detail Page, you will be presented with additional information about the specific item:
- Larger image of the item (in most cases)
- Price information (including the regular price, our price and how much you save)
- Shipping availability
- Quantity (your choice)
- Size and color options (if applicable)
- A brief description of the item(s) and whats included
- Related accessories and items (click on the item to view its Product Detail Page)
You also have the ability to view a general sizing chart and e-mail information about the item to a friend.

How Do I Determine if a Costume is the Correct Size?
If there are different sizes available, you will be asked to enter a size. If there is no place to enter a size, it is a one-size fits most. Different manufacturers can vary their sizing slightly. Please see our General Sizing Chart!. If in doubt between two sizes, its usually best to order the larger size.
Please Note: that bodysuit costumes (like superheroes) are meant to be tight fitting.
How Do I Know if an Item is In Stock?
HalloweenAdventure.com uses state of the art technology to link our website to our inventory systems in real time. To determine whether or not an item is in stock, browse to the item you wish to select. If there is an "Add to Cart" button under the item, the item is in inventory and ready to be shipped!
If there is an "Out of Stock", "Coming Soon", "Sold Out" or "Gone for Season" button under the item, it's currently not available. If youd like to be notified by e-mail when the item will be available, select the item picture or description and the Product Detail Page will give you the option to enter your e-mail address for notification of item availability.
If An Item Is Out Of Stock, When Will It Be Back In Stock?
Our goal is to have enough items on hand so there will never be an issue of us being out of stock on any certain item. But occasionally, we do run out of stock on items. This may be due to the manufacturer not sending us enough items or in the case of popular items, they just sell out very quickly and we do not have anymore in stock, at that time.
When an item is out of stock, we are unable to take orders for that specific item and we are also unable to give a specific date on when that item will be available.
How Do I Use The Shopping Cart?
Whenever you add a product to your cart, our shopping cart add the items (and quantity of each item) in your order, option/size, item prices, and estimated total is displayed. You can adjust the quantities of any item by entering a new quantity in the "Qty" box and then pressing enter. To delete an item from your
order, click on the "Trash Can Icon". If you have finished shopping, you can enter your preferred shipping option by clicking on the "Estimate tax and shipping button". If you wish to continue shopping, you may continue at any time.
Can I Get A Catalog?
HalloweenAdventure.com decided to take part in helping out the environment and therefore will not be producing a catalog. We apologize for any inconvenience, but hope youll use our new improved navigation or search tool to browse our wonderful selection of products.
How Do I Place An Order?
For domestic customers, when you have finished shopping and are ready to place your order, click on "Checkout".
To begin the checkout process you can choose to create a new account, login an existing account.
You will be required to provide your billing and shipping information, as well as email, daytime phone, and credit card information on the final pages.
After you have submitted the necessary information, please review all information carefully. It is our goal to ship orders as quickly as possible, so once you have submitted your order it cannot be changed or canceled. If you are satisfied with the information, click "Submit" to submit it for processing.
Please Note: only one coupon can be used per order.
When Do I Make Payment?
For domestic customers, full payment is due at the time you place your order. If you have any problems with charges on your credit card from HalloweenAdventure.com please contact Customer Care. If you have problems with your credit card, please contact the bank or credit card company directly.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not normally take orders for items listed as out of stock unless noted on specific items such as mascot costumes and some large props.
How Do I Know My Purchase Is Confirmed?
After clicking on the "Submit" button, youll be taken to a screen verifying your purchase and giving you your order number. You will also receive an e-mail (at the e-mail address you entered during the checkout process) containing the following information:
- Order number: If you wish to contact us, please refer to this number so that we can provide you the fastest service.
- Shipping Information: The shipping address you provided us with.
- Billing Address: The billing address for your credit card.
- E-Mail: The e-mail address you entered during the checkout process.
- Product Information: A list of the items you purchased, their quantity, price, shipping charges and total charged to your credit card.
- Contact Information: How to contact us by phone or e-mail if you have any questions about your order.

How Do I Make Changes to or Cancel My Order?
Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, we CANNOT make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method youve selected prior to completing your order. If an error is made, we need you to receive the order and return it (if the return policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been sent to the warehouse for processing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I Make A Purchase for Someone Else?
Yes, you may purchase an item from our website and have it shipped to another address that is different from the billing address. When shipping to a different address, please remember not to use a PO Box for the address since we may ship UPS or FedEx and they cannot deliver to a PO Box and shipment of your order will be delayed.
How Do I Check Pricing and Availability?
Our website displays the most current information available to our staff.
We occasionally offer volume discounts for large domestic orders over $500*. To speak to one of our direct sales representatives about a volume discount, please call 1-877-U-Boo-Too (826-6866)
*This does not apply to single items over $500 such as mascot costumes and props. No other coupons or promotions may be used with this offer. There is a 15% restocking fee, if more than 5 of one item is ordered and subsequently returned. All Special Order items require that payment must be received before the order can be placed.
